Are you sleeping?

One of the things that has been glaringly a problem with Emma is her lack of, or poor sleep at night.  She sometimes dozes off during the day, but at night, she is talking on the phone or listening to her music, and we hear her wake up at 5:00 am, sometimes even 4:00 am.

She never sleeps in the dark.  Either a lamp is on in her room, or she leaves the hall light on with her bedroom door open to allow light to always be there.

It’s another possible cause of Emma’s psychosis.  It may even be irreversible, according to the experts.

However, experts can be right in some ways and wrong in others.  There is always hope.
